The Shuffle
Pilot transformed a 1970s long-term-stay hotel into 81 modern micro-suites and apartments in downtown Dartmouth. This adaptive reuse project called for major concrete restoration, a two-storey vertical expansion, and careful sequencing within an occupied building.

Pilot converted a 13-storey office high-rise into 173 modern residential lofts, resulting in one of Atlantic Canada’s largest office-to-residential conversions. The project required close coordination across active tenants, environmental remediation, existing building systems, and evolving site conditions.
