From office high-rise to hard lofts.
Project
Agency Art Lofts
Pilot led the conversion of a 13-storey Halifax office building into 173 residential lofts, resulting in one of Atlantic Canada’s largest office-to-residential conversions. The work required environmental remediation, major building-systems coordination, and careful planning around active commercial and government tenants. By adapting sequencing as conditions evolved, Pilot kept the project aligned without losing sight of the building’s industrial character or the client’s design intent.
